Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

Please allow additional time for order processing during busy periods, promotions or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout where available.

For orders delivered within the UK, typical delivery may take approximately 7–15 business days, although some products may take longer.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays or other transportation disruptions.

We will nevertheless aim to ensure that orders are delivered within the timeframe required by applicable consumer law.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where free shipping is offered, this will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

Any optional paid delivery upgrades will be clearly displayed and will require your active selection before you are charged.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking information may take several days to become active after dispatch.

Multiple Products in One Order

If you purchase multiple products, your items may be shipped separately.

This can happen because products may be fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers. You may therefore receive separate packages and separate tracking numbers for the same order.

You will not be charged additional shipping costs simply because your order is delivered in multiple packages, unless an additional delivery charge was clearly agreed at checkout.

Delivery Address

Please make sure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible at vitadynamoshop@gmail.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at vitadynamoshop@gmail.com.

We will investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider and work with you to resolve the issue.

If an order is lost, damaged or otherwise not delivered as agreed, your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Customs and Import Charges

For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Where applicable, responsibility for such charges will be explained before purchase where reasonably possible.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in their country.
